Invite your mom and mark your calendar! We have selected a Fantastic Collection of Historic Homes for this year’s DNA Historic Home Tour. The houses are conveniently clustered between Central and Lomas. In addition there will be a driving tour of Forrester and 8th St. North of Lomas.

Tour hours will be from 12:00-4:00 PM. Tickets are $10.00 ea. and will be available at Mary Fox Park on the day of the tour. You may also purchase tickets in advance on the DNA website for the discounted advance purchase price of $9.00 ea. (www.abqdna.org). Website tickets will be available March 1st through May 8th.

Volunteers are needed to help in 2 hour shifts during the tour. In return they will be given a free pass for the Home Tour. Please contact Lindi Anderson at 238-8291 if you are able to volunteer.

This is the big fund raising event for the Downtown Neighborhood. In the past the proceeds have helped fund The Grower’s Market, Harwood Art Center, Fall Bulb Give-A-Way and Forrester Halloween Candy and Prizes. Please spread the word and make this the “Best Home Tour” we’ve ever had.

Theatre-in-the-Making and Albuquerque Little Theatre present
“The Comedy of Errors: A Clown Show”
an introduction to clowning skills and Shakespeare’s comedies.
Jan 18th – Apr 10th, Mon & Wed, 4-6pm, at ALT

For 20 years, TitM has introduced young people to the comedies of William Shakespeare.
In 2010, TitM adds an exciting new element to its acclaimed Shakespeare program: clown.

Bringing the physical skills of classical clowning to Shakespeare’s original play, The Comedy of Errors: A Clown Show promises to be an unforgettable experience for students and audiences alike.

Two sets of twins, each unaware of the other, run about the city of Ephesus, causing confusion and comedy everywhere. Under the direction of Brian Haney, the Youth Performance Workshop focuses on developing acting skills while creating an ensemble based on trust and collaboration.

Theatre-in-the-Making’s commitment to ensemble acting means that everyone participates in the final production as well as the creative process.
